Under a return and refund policy, relationships can refer to customer relationships, consumer-business relationships, and buyer and seller relationships.
Both parties ought to understand the terms of the return and refund policy to assure smooth marketing.
Product List Will Not Accept Return
After Use Products: Car Door Visor/Wind Deflector, Car Side Beading, and Roof Rail Returns will not be accepted after using and remove 3m tape of these products.
Other Product: Perfume, Horns, and Tire inflator products will not be returned.
1. Terms And Conditions of Customer Returns
1.1 Damaged Product: The product may be damaged during the shipping time, and in that case, if you received a damaged product then you can return.
1.2 Wrong Product: if you received the wrong product then you can return. but please make a video of unboxing
1.3 Missing Item: If you find any products missing from your shipment, you can make a return.
1.4 Change Of Mind: If you change your mind, you can still return it but you will not get the courier charges refunded, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
1.5 When you return the product you have to also return the Bill Invoice, Guarantee Card, and whatever accessories you received with the product.
1.6 You will get a revert within 24 working hours after the return mail. Within two-day the delivery boy come and check and if all the terms and conditions are applied then the product will be returned.
1.6 If for some reason the company cannot accept the return of the product, then it can ask you to return it yourself.
2. Terms And Conditions of Refund
2.1 100% Refund: We will give your amount returned 100%. But due to change of mind, 100% refund will not be given.
2.2 The Refund or cash will not be given to the third person.
2.3 Refund In 7 Days: You will get the refund within 7 working days after returning the product
2.4 Courier Charges: In case you received the wrong product or a damaged product from carxtreme side then there will be no courier charges may taken from you. But if you return a product because of change your mind then the courier charges may apply.

How to Return
6.1 To make a return, email return@carxtreme.in also, you have to attach the invoice and photo of the product you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
6.2 You can also make a return from carxtreme order tracking page by providing your product awm number
6.3 And after this, delivery boys come and check, and if all the terms and conditions are applied then the product will be returned.
